Booking
How far ahead should we book?
As soon as you have a date. Spring and fall Saturdays and the weeks before Christmas fill first, often months ahead.
How do we reserve our date?
Send the form on our Check your date page. Once you choose a package, you sign the agreement and pay the retainer online, and the date is yours. The balance is due before the event.
How can we pay?
By card or bank transfer through your online invoice. Churches and organizations can ask for an invoice to pay by check.
Where do you travel?
Austin and Central Texas. Travel within 30 miles of downtown Austin is included, which covers Round Rock, Georgetown, Pflugerville, Cedar Park, Dripping Springs and Kyle. Beyond that, we quote travel with your date.
Do you offer a discount for churches and nonprofits?
Yes, 15% off any package for churches and registered nonprofits. For fundraisers, a sponsor logo on the prints is a good way for a local business to cover the cost.
On the day
How much space does the booth need?
About 10 by 10 feet, and a standard outlet within 25 feet. It's open-air, so there's no enclosure. Bigger groups fit, and the room stays part of the photos.
Can the booth be outside?
Yes, on level ground with shade or cover and access to power. In wind or rain we move it under cover, so we will ask about a backup spot when we plan.
When do you arrive?
About an hour before the booth opens, to set up and test. Setup is quiet and out of the way, and we leave within an hour of closing.
Can it keep up with a big crowd?
Yes. A session takes under a minute and prints are ready in about ten seconds. For festivals of several hundred people, the attendant keeps the line moving.
Is it OK for kids?
Absolutely. The booth is simple enough for a six-year-old and the attendant helps anyone who needs it. Our props are family-friendly.
Prints and photos
How many prints can guests take?
As many as they like. Every package includes unlimited sessions and unlimited prints for the hours you book.
Can the prints match our theme?
That's the idea. We design every print with your names, date, colors or logo, and send it for your approval before the event.
Do we get the photos?
Yes. Guests can text or scan their photos at the booth, and you get an online gallery of every session within 48 hours to download and share.
How does the guest book album work?
Every session prints twice: one for the guest, one for the album. The attendant helps guests add their print and write a note beside it. You take the finished album home that night.
