Authentic Legacy Photo Booth is operated by WMA Creative. This policy explains what we collect through this website and at our events, and what we do with it.

What we collect

When you send our Check your date form, we collect your name, email address, phone number and the details you give us about your event. At events, the booth takes the photos guests choose to take, and guests who text or email their photos to themselves give us a phone number or email address to send them to.

How we use it

We use your details to reply to you, plan and run your event, send your agreement and invoices, and deliver your photos. We don’t sell your information, and we don’t add you to a mailing list without asking.

Event photos

Photos from your event are shared with you in a private online gallery. We may share a few favorites on this website or our social media; if you’d rather we didn’t, tell us and we won’t.

Who we share it with

Only the services we use to run the business, such as email delivery, payment processing and photo hosting, and only as far as they need to do that work.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you at any time by replying to any email from us.

Changes

If we change this policy, we’ll update this page.
